Terms of Service
Welcome to NexaLedgerConsult. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of our website and offerings in the field of corporate tax & compliance consulting.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all engagements, digital content and goods offered by NexaLedgerConsult located at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956.
2. Corporate Tax & Compliance Consulting Services
- Engagements begin after confirmation and deposit payment. Fees for consulting services are due as outlined in project proposals.
- Initial deposits are required to secure project initiation. Once work has commenced or deliverables are issued, deposits and fees are not refundable.
- Clients may defer scheduled sessions or phases by providing at least 7 calendar days’ notice prior to the agreed date.
3. Info Products
Digital materials such as e-guides, recorded seminars and templates are eligible for a refund request within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided the content has not been accessed. To request a refund, contact our team via Contact Us or call +6588312402.
4. Goods
Physical items including printed manuals and compliance checklists may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the client.
5. Refund Policy
NexaLedgerConsult maintains separate refund treatments based on item type:
5.1 Consulting Services
All consulting engagements require an initial deposit. Deposits and service fees are non-refundable once work has begun or deliverables have been provided. Clients may request schedule adjustments with at least 7 days’ notice.
5.2 Info Products
Refunds for digital products are available within 7 calendar days of purchase if content remains unopened. All requests must be submitted in writing. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
5.3 Goods
Returned goods must be received in original condition within 14 calendar days. Upon inspection, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Return shipping cost is the client’s responsibility.
5.4 Refund Process and Credits
To initiate a refund, contact support@nexaledgerconsult.com or call +6588312402 with your order reference and reason. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method. Clients may elect to receive a service credit valid for 12 months instead of a refund.
Certain offerings such as subscription plans and retainers are explicitly non-refundable due to preparatory commitments. Non-refundable status is indicated on order confirmations.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule consulting sessions up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur the full session fee.
